In the wels-support center you will se a list of your three latest support requests. 

In order to respond to these, simply click on the request and do your thing


In order to make a new request, click on the "Start a conversation" button. 

First, you must tell us which installation the request relates to: You do this by selecting country, then installation. 

The the request relates to a specific module, please choose which one in the drop down list. 

Give the request a subject, before you tell us what you need. 

Give us an good description upfront, in order for us to provide you with the best possible assistanse as soon as possible.

If you need help, let us know what you have tried so far, and the result of your effort.  

You may upload files, or paste in pictures in the description field. 

You may also tell us who the request will affect, and the criticality of this request.  All requests are to be managed within the agreed resolution time, the criticality only helps us how to prioritize requests within this time
